A macro that creates vertically formatted cards, labels, etc.

All you have to do is add your own text, graphics, tables, etc.

The card or label will contain a rotated (90 degrees) box, so that the final (printed) cards or labels will be vertically oriented.

Instructions

  • Just open a new blank document and load a single new label or card on screen (with Format, Labels).
  • Play the VERTCARD macro.
  • After playing it, edit the resulting text box (with Edit, Edit Graphics Box) to remove the line of sample text and add (or paste) your own text, graphic, etc. [Sample screen shot of a rotated business card]
  • Close the text box editor with the button on the property bar (or simply use File, Close to close the editor). This should return you to the card or label. Tip: See also LABLCOPY, which makes duplicates of the "master" card or label to fill up Avery (or similar) sheets.

[The macro is based on a 10-step manual technique shown at the bottom of the macro's code.]
