For those who long for the good old days. Here's a macro that quickly pops up a fill-in dialog box, then produces a memo that you can print or save.

Several formatting options in the macro code (date format, "brand," footer text, etc.) make it easy to customize. See the instructions at the top of the macro's code to modify the defaults. (A macro is just a specialized WPD document, so you can open it with WordPerfect just like any other document.)
